Kenkei Property is a daily property-rental booking platform — apartments, houses and villas, booked by check-in and check-out date. This is the real frontend running as a fully static demo: every API response is generated in your browser from seeded local data. A booking you make as a guest appears in the admin console immediately, because both apps share the same in-browser dataset.

You start signed in to each app. To see the login and register flows, sign out —
any password works, and registering really creates a local guest account.
Everything you change stays on your device; use the ribbon's Reset data to start
over. Promo codes: WELCOME10, LONGSTAY (7+ nights),
BALI2026 (Seminyak villa only).
What to try
- Search Bali with a check-in and check-out date — only listings free for every night come back, with the total for the stay.
- Open a villa, pick dates on the calendar, apply WELCOME10 and watch the breakdown (nights, cleaning, 5% service fee, deposit) update.
- Book and pay online — the booking number is on the confirmation, and the stay turns up under My bookings.
- Cancel a booking: the refund is shown before you confirm, and follows the property's flexible / moderate / strict policy.
- In admin, open a property's Calendar tab: booked nights are read-only, and you can add a blocked range with a reason.
- In admin, confirm the pending bank transfer on the Payments page — the booking flips to confirmed and the guest gets a notification.
